After assessing the new framework from National Cabinet, the NSW Government has announced a further easing of restrictions from 15 May. This will allow more businesses to open and more people to stay in work. As NSW takes the next step, the Government has stressed the need to keep up high rates of testing, and encourages the community to continue to practise physical distancing and good hand washing hygiene.
Throughout the pandemic Quality Health Care's Community Team has continued to provide essential support and services to the most vulnerable people in our community. Our team has continued to support people at home and team members have been available to offer companionship in person or over the telephone to keep people connected. Understandably, some people have postponed services to limit contact and reduce the risk of infection, however, in recent weeks we have seen a sharp uplift in request for services and support.

Maintain Independence
We provide specialist in-home, disability and community care services throughout Sydney and beyond. Our services are individually tailored to meet the needs and wants of the clients we assist, in an environment that is caring, friendly and supportive.
Our home care services team will tailor a package of supports and services that will enable you to maintain your independence and remain at home. We are an experienced Home Care provider and we are skilled in providing Home Care Packages to assist you to maintain your independence at home. Support packages are tailored to meet your needs and our experienced team are friendly, flexible and provide you with the highest quality of support. We can provide 24/7 support or work with you to develop a package that fits in with support as you need it. We employ out own team and can be available to provide support on short notice. Our service provides you with the assurance and peace of mind you are looking for.
Getting the Right Match
We understand the difference a strong connection can make in people’s lives. It can be a common bond or shared interest that really cements a relationship. We work closely with you to get the right support match. We ensure our team has the right qualifications, experience and attitude to support you in the right way and we only select staff who are friendly, flexible and trustworthy.
We have a diverse team to choose from and we can usually match you with somebody who meets your gender, age and cultural preferences. All our staff receive ongoing training and many of our staff have been with us for many years. We take pride in the quality of service we provide, and we will always listen to your feedback and ideas on how we can improve.

Personal Care
Our team can support you with tasks such as bathing, showering, dressing, grooming and toileting. Our team is sensitive to your needs and will provide support in respectful way to ensure that you are ready for your day or evening.
Domestic Assistance
We can assist you to keep up with your household chores such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming and ironing. We can also help with cooking and gardening and support you with chores that are now too difficult for you to manage.
Shopping
Sometimes it can be difficult getting to and from the shops and we can assist you with this by accompanying you to get the items you need or completing your shopping for you.
Overnight Care
If you need assistance over night to manage an injury or condition our trained staff can stay with you to provide assistance and reassurance. We will remain overnight and when not providing support our staff can be getting on with household chores such as ironing.
Social Support
We can support you to maintain your social and recreational activities by organising transport, accompanying you on activities or providing support as required. We can also provide regular companionship over a cup of tea, a short stroll or playing cards.
