We have a team of over 350 staff and we offer supported independent living, specialised disability accommodation, home care, support coordination, and Behaviour Support.


Quality Health Care (QHC) is looking for an experienced staff for our SIL Accommodation Services in the Eastern Suburbs – Pagewood.

The Role:

We are seeking robust individuals who are committed to providing high quality and person-centred care in challenging environments. Our team will be comprehensively trained, supported, and expertly guided by management and a clinical team.


Our Support Worker positions are to guide and inspire people with Physical High-Care Complex, Intellectual disabilities/Mental health to build meaningful lives that include support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues and independent living skills.

To Succeed you will need

  • Cert IV or equivalent industry experience

  • At least 6 months experience within High-Needs setting in the disability sector

  • NDIS Worker Clearance

  • Working With Children Check (WWC)

  • Personal care experience

  • A passion for providing person centred care

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good availability to work during days, nights and weekends

  • Valid Working Visa
